From North Coastal San Diego-
Take I-5 south to the Rosecrans exit. Go straight to the third stoplight and then turn right on to Sports Arena Boulevard. Make the very first right into the very first driveway. We're located to the left of Chuck E. Cheeses, set back from the street. There is a five story parking structure adjacent to UZ.

From North Inland San Diego-
Take 163 or I-15 south to I-8 west. Exit Rosecrans Street. Go straight to the third stoplight and then turn right on to Sports Arena Boulevard. Make the very first right into the very first driveway. From South Bay-
Take I-5 north to the Pacific Highway exit. Continue north to the Taylor Street/Rosecrans intersection (you will see the Old Town Trolley Station on your right). Turn left on to Rosecrans Street. Go through two stop lights on to Sports Arena Blvd. Make the very first right into the very first driveway. We're located to the left of Chuck E. Cheeses, set back from the street. From East County-
Take I-8 to Rosecrans exit. Go straight to the third stoplight and then turn right on to Sports Arena Boulevard. Make the very first right into the very first driveway. We're located to the left of Chuck E. Cheeses, set back from the street. There is a five story parking structure adjacent to UZ.

Voice Mail
While we open later in the day weekdays during non-summer months, we are always around the facility. We try to answer every telephone call during the day, even before we open, because we know that everybody hates voice mail. For this reason we have made our voice mail very entertaining, filled with enthusiasm and valuable information. For those painfully impatient among you, just hit the # key as soon as the voice mail starts and you can leave an immediate message. If you do get voice mail, it's because we are assisting another devoted ZONE friend whose needs are also very important . WE ALWAYS RETURN TELEPHONE CALLS, so no making up tales that we never called you back.

Regular Hours
Monday through Thursday: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 2 p.m. - 2 a.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 a.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Summer Hours
(Usually third Monday of June through Labor Day)
Monday through Friday - We open earlier at 1:00 p.m.
All other hours remain the same as non-summer months

Laser Tag play
$7.00 per person per game

Special Game Play Discounts

Late Night at the ZONE- Games are $5.50 per person per game Friday and Saturday from Midnight to 2:00am. This is the Late night place to be in San Diego.

Kids ZONE- Games are $5.50 per player per game for children 10 and under Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Games must be completed by 2:00pm. This is a price discount only, the game is the same as all other times, and game play is NOT exclusive to children.

Annual Memberships

Annual membership packages are available and offer dedicated fans of the ZONE such amenities as game discounts, game play aliases that appear on the score monitor and scorecards, "Tuesday Night At The ZONE" entry and more. See our Benefits of Membership area for more information.

Age Restriction

Guests must be at least 7 years old to play ULTRAZONE.

Here’s a fun fact. We have this age restriction policy in place because we actually do follow it without exception- what a shock don’t you think, for a business to have a policy and then expect it’s patrons to follow it. Now we realize that many of you float through life within a narcissistic cloud of “well, what about my needs.” We are here to help free you of this self-absorbed prison- so when you ask us in the lobby if your 5 year old can play, prepare yourself for us to remain incredibly consistent and to say “ No you have to be 7 years old to play ULTRAZONE.”

What to Wear

Although running is not permitted, comfortable shoes or sneakers are recommended. Light colored clothing will "glow" in the UV (blacklight) lighting, and many successful players choose to dress completely in black to reduce to chances of becoming open targets. Men's athletic type t-shirts are prohibited. Footwear- open-toed and backless sandals are prohibited as are ladies platform and high-heeled shoes.

Notice to Players

The ULTRAZONE laser tag game is a physical activity played in a dimly lit, fog-filled, muti-level arena; which contains mazes, ramps, obstacles, strobe lights, loud music, and other players. There are certain risks associated with laser tag play. You are playing the game at your own risk. Anyone with one or more of the following conditions must notify a member of the management staff prior to playing the game:

• Seizure disorder such as epilepsy
  
• Heart condition or similar conditions relating to the ability to participate in cardiovascular exercise
  
• Asthma or other respiratory disorders
  
• Pregnancy
  
• Other medical conditions that might affect your ability to play the game

All guests judge themselves as fit and properly attired to play. All guests assume full responsibility for their actions at all times, and for any injuries, which may occur to or be caused by them.

All guests agree to follow all rules and instructions either posted or given by a member of the ULTRAZONE staff.

All guests must be at least 7 years old to play the game.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate game play
at any time.
